Rebecca Guthrie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience across internal medicine, neurological conditions, cardiovascular health, psychiatric and mental health, and aesthetics. That vast clinical experience showed her where conventional care often falls short — treating symptoms one at a time instead of the person as a whole. It's what drew her to functional medicine, where the focus is on root causes and a genuinely better way to help people heal.
Today, Rebecca focuses her practice on holistic, remote coaching for women navigating symptoms like headaches, sleep problems, and GI issues, and how they connect to neurological dysregulation. She believes real healing comes from a plan built around your whole system — never a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Sessions are conducted entirely by video call, so you can get support from home, wherever you are.
